RESORT LANDSCAPES
Excellent resort landscapes capitalise from their surrounds, taking cues from plant species and materials, ensuring a seamless integration. Our desire is for the resort to look as though it has grown from its surroundings, and additionally for it to make a contribution to the environment by emphasising the natural character and cultural identity of the region.
Resort landscapes cater for a large number of visitors. Guests are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday that will still provide opportunities for entertainment whenever desired. For this reason, our landscapes are designed in a way which allows guests to sit quietly in the shade, as well as being entirely adaptable should they decide to indulge in more stimulating or social activities. -

RESORT LANDSCAPES
As the golf course is often the centrepiece for resorts, it is of the upmost importance that resort visitors when not playing are still able to admire the golf course from its periphery. This understanding is crucial when designing the resort landscapes, and the Cashmore Landscape Design team will ensure measures are put in place to achieve this, in the short and long term life of your project.

GOLF COURSE LANDSCAPES
The landscaping of golf courses requires a thorough understanding of golf, and at Cashmore Landscape Design our dedicated approach to golf course planning and landscaping means our clients can be assured that the golf landscape will enhance the play of the course.
Landscape design is a very important component of a golf course as it shapes how the course looks and plays.
The correct selection of materials and plants is crucial to achieving the course's full potential. In addition, we understand the importance of the 'arrival experience' to private golf facilities, and how to maximize the visual splendour of golf course landscapes. -

SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important aspect of landscape architecture. Developing a sustainable project includes the careful selection of materials and vegetation. We make a commitment to sourcing the most environmentally appropriate materials and indigenous vegetation wherever possible, this is not only better for the environment but will provide luxurious scenery for the golf course and resort visitors.
It is always our desire to build our design team using consultants from a local catchment, in addition to our own experts. An important reason for this is that it is more sustainable to use a local workforce which boosts the local economies; another advantage being their inherent understanding of the local environment, which certainly benefits the projects.
Developing a sustainable project with Cashmore Landscape Design will not only be environmentally responsible but will also be an active selling point for your projects and ensure their long-term viability. -
